Este Domingo se realizó la segunda fecha de IMAC 2010, en esta oportunidad volamos en Casablanca, el día fue espectacular, mucho sol, poco viento y nuevamente la hospitalidad de la Familia Vásquez fue insuperable, gracias a nombre de todos los que participamos que disfrutamos de su pista. También quiero agradecer a los jueces señores: Claudio Rojas, Jaime Reyes y Fernando Viollier por su colaboración.
Esta fecha participaron 14 pilotos, ya estamos retomando el número habitual, solo falta motivar más pilotos de Basic, aunque no lo tendrán nada de fácil dado el gran nivel de los participantes de esta categoría; Daniel Chaparro y Etham Dagach. Se volaron 2 rondas con 2 gamas conocidas y una ronda de la temida desconocida, resultando todo un éxito nuevamente.
Los resultados:
Overall, there were 14 pilots flying in the IMAC CHILE Fecha 2 2010 contest. In no particular order they were: René Reyes, Patricio Chaparro, Germán Vásquez, Andrés Santelices, Etham Dagach, Daniel Chaparro, Cristián Casas, Christian Bravo, Andrés Escobar, Hans Weiner, Antonio Orlandini, Mauricio Reyne, Victor Pinto and Nicolás Rozas. These pilots flew a grand total of 136 judged sequences.
This contest was flown according to standard IMAC rules.
Daniel Chaparro won the Basic class. There were 2 pilots in Basic. The winning order was: (1) Daniel Chaparro and (2) Etham Dagach. They flew 4 known sequences (2 rounds). The scores ranged from a low of 2.741,4 to a high of 3.000 (a range of 258,6 points).
Christian Bravo won the Sportsman class. There were 8 pilots in Sportsman. The winning order was: (1) Christian Bravo, (2) Cristián Casas, (3) Victor Pinto, (4) Antonio Orlandini, (5) Nicolás Rozas, (6) Hans Weiner, (7) Mauricio Reyne and Andrés Escobar. They flew 4 known sequences (2 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 2.858,3 to a high of 4.000 (a range of 1.141,7 points).
Andrés Santelices won the Intermediate class. There were 4 pilots in Intermediate. The winning order was: (1) Andrés Santelices, (2) René Reyes, (3) Patricio Chaparro and (4) Germán Vásquez. They flew 4 known sequences (2 rounds) and 1 unknown round. The scores ranged from a low of 3.342,7 to a high of 4.000 (a range of 657,3 points).
The tightest competition was for 3rd place in the Sportsman class, with only 10 points difference between Victor Pinto and Antonio Orlandini.
